Marsha Moraes, AIA, teamed up with us to remodel her own home, a 1980's era tract home.  What resulted was a gorgeous, state of the art contemporary design that makes entertaining easy and fun.

 

A custom wood truss replaces what was once a solid shear wall, separating the kitchen and the living room.

 

In addition to the kitchen remodel, a guest room was cleverly added by carving out a corner of the old "living room".  We designed a custom dual pocket door that conceals the guest room beautifully from the rest of the entertaining area.
